So what nobody else is going to sign me so I can be signed by him. And FA signing is always before the draft on madden so why wouldnt it be in a madden league.

Free agent signing is never before the draft. Its after the draft and after rookie signing period in the game

Sorry, but rules is rules. We set a rule that free agents can't be signed until 24 hours after the expansion draft. This was put in place to assist the expansion teams, since they don't know what they've got to work with until after the expansion draft.
If Kris is willing to take you on at this contract, and you're not interested in going elsewhere, then you can have an agreement in principle, but it can't become official until the signing period begins. In the meantime, other teams could still talk with you if they wanted.
