Thunder are the best until proven otherwise bc we haven't played any games yet and they are the defending champions.

I say the Sharks. They lost the least in the expansion draft, and also had a good draft themselves. The core of their team returns, and they have plugged the holes from last year's squad. They will be tough to beat.
