I do it the other way. I just check the boxes I need to delete, then click on delete selected. If most of my inbox were spam, it'd work your way.
Anyway, as long as offenders keep ending up on my block list, it won't be a problem. The problem will be if one of those offenders need to reach me for something game-related. That's the risk they take when they choose to spam me. All of my current players, and anyone who might want to play for me in the future, would be well-advised to avoid spamming me. We've got a whole forum dedicated to those kinds of messages.
