If you don't play for the Surge this year you probably won't play for anybody. Next year you will probably go into the expansion draft and you will get on another team and be the top receiver there. Seriously, were are you gonna go?

Every team already has their top 2 or 3 receivers... You wouldn't even play slot on a few.

i could care less... all holding out does is let me have more time to relax in summer and gives me the wonderful thought of you wasting a pick on me... I don't even keep the link to this league, i just find it somewhere in the affiliates of some site and look at it randomly... it wouldn't be hard to just not look at the site anymore and let my player rot on the hold out for his entire career...

Really? I had two people ask me last year to be put in it, and one of them had tried holding out last year the same way you did. You know what happened? He ended up playing anyways, didn't get put in the draft, and had his contract down to 2 years at 500k each year.

I can fine you for refusing to play. I asked da bear about that last year with the player I mentioned above. When he said I could, the player decided to play instead of sit out two years while earning nothing.
