Okay here is my comprise. Me and Tye split the gming job 50-50 and that way he has as much power as me, but we both have to consult each other on decisions.
Fair enough?

This is tough to do, bc you may go inactive for another season then Tye's hands are tied bc he doesn't have the clearance from you. I still think that Tye is the LA GM. Caz you can submit a team for next year

Caz, how come you do none of the work for GM's during the season that is hard work, and then as soon as the off-season comes about, the most fun part of being a GM, and all the sudden you're back and ready to take over?

excuse me? I was on vacation and there was nothing i could do about it, and I am not, all of a sudden back and ready to take over.
If I go inactive for a period of time, then Tye makes his own decisions, and vice-versa.

Teams need a single leader, and one that can be counted on. Tye can be counted on.

It isn't your compromise to make.

The competition committee has unanimously elected to remove you from office due to inactivity and incompetence. Deal with it.

Wilber and I had to audit his effing budget because it was such a train wreck.
Plus, inactivity doesn't explain being 1.5M over the cap.

Being an irresponsible and not worthy GM would put you 1.5 million over the budget, am i right Capt?

You mean, like if you spent every single dollar during the regular season, gave big signing bonuses to players and then trading them away, and then went over when incentives came due? Yeah, that would do it.
One of the things I took on when I joined the Dawgs was cap management, because I'm a math nerd and it's right up my alley. I've got my whole budget for the next couple of years planned out. This past season we spent up every dollar we had to spare, but only after reserving a 3M account to pay off incentives.

ive been a gm since day 1 and you cant just fire me cuz I went inactive for a while, watcthis was gone for like a week and we didnt fire him.
Da Bearfan should be the one firing gm's, not fill-ins. Fledge is different and I respect him and his opinion.
plus tye doesnt have any powers and I have admin powers that only Bearfan can give or take. Therefore I will still have to modify players and the budget and do updates.

Dabearfan should be along any day now to rectify the situation with forum rights. Since every GM in the league is agreed on this decision, I have every confidence that Dabearfan will support your removal. In the meantime, watchthis, Eielson, and flledge can continue to perform updates to Falcons players as Tye directs, just as they have done all season long.

In all fairness, Caz does update the players, and answet questions immediately, I think he is very capable as a GM.

I can still mod LAF players too. All we have to do is make Tye a moderator of the LA Falcons board as well as it's sub boards.

Locked or pinned topics are beyond my powers. And if we unlocked the players, then the players would be able to mod their own.
