At first, I thought you wanted me to be GM because you thought I was better for the job, but I see why now. You just want to take advantage of me. How else can you explain the whole LeRoy situation? You have him complain so I don't pick up the option, then you have a contract with him in minutes, DESPITE the 12 hour waiting rule and tampering rule? This smells awfully foul to me.  |

You are better for the job. And I never once, not even once, offered Leroy a contract until after. I was against having him come here, but I've been assured by two players it's ok, it's a win-win situation because I'm not paying for it. The 12 hour rule I honestly forgot about though. We never used it last year, pretty much because there were no FA's to sign.

I never once sent him a PM. I don't even know why he thinks that. The only person I ever takled to about bringing him here was Ty and Wilber, because Ty wanted him to come really bad (Thus him paying for it) and I asked Wilber about it. I never even contacted leroy

Then why didn't you pick up his option?
If people are leaving your team, by their option choice or by yours, I'll take advantage of that to make my team better. If a player is available to me that will help my team, I will go after him.

Somebody convinced him to want to opt-out of his contract, and he knew he'd get a contract. Somebody talked him into this. I believe it was Tye Williams who had said he wanted to drop Leroy in an act to clean up the image of his team. |
