Here are my thoughts on this matter.......

1. Leroy came to me and asked me if i had interest in him playing for the Surge, I said yeah that be cool. I believe that is allowed am i right? or did i break a rule?

2. Baker noone offered you a contract, noone even wants you on there team, hell noone even wants you in this league.

OK.........
1. Deron he should be updating them on his own not getting a pep talk from players each time it needs to be done.

2. He hasnt been active all year he resigned like 2 times from being GM.

3. Tye Williams is a much better GM than Caz is.

4. Caz screwed the Falcons over, they now are 1.5 mil in the whole wich isnt positive things for years to come.

All the little things have added up. His team causing trouble, gone over the budget, he has been on but would still be having other people update his players, deleted threads, and unbanning people.
