it shouldn't matter how many years you spend in the minors, but obviously you don't want to spend too much time in there. of course I could be wrong but I don't thinks so.

Simms cant hes already spent a whole season being a QB, he cant change now.

He was already in the draft....He can chang POS but He cant change atts i dont think.

I would have thought you would be the last player to give advice to an incoming rookie QB. I've been in sim leagues for quite a while there, buddy.

Simms could just retire his player and create a new one at a different position if he wanted to change
