Im making sure I can first, playing defense is boring and playing for kris gets me fired from being a co-gm then banned for no reason other than saying things about the guy that fired me for no reason.

Anyone is free to retire their player and make a new one at any time.
I don't know how many opportunities you're likely to find on offense, though.
