By worse I mean talent... it's not just because Mott is here that I don't want to play... I just don't want to play on a team that has no chance in making the playoffs Shut it. I've played for the Falcons for three seasons, and I haven't complained once. I just did what I could to help the team out so that they could be a winning team, and now I'm ultimately the one responsible for it now. Demanding to go to a team that's already a winner would never work for me. The satisfaction wouldn't be the same, as I wouldn't have made a major contribution to get the team that way. You have the potential to do the same thing for the Panthers. So here's my advice: shut up and support your team. Don't go and make the league even more stacked.

If our team moved to the West I'd be fine, but only the Surge and maybe a very lucky Cougars have a chance in the East

Diop you suck at playing CB, I did your stats and you weren't that good...
You could have ask for a trade.
or try to get out of your team and come to another team like what I did.

Call off the dogs, guys <rimshot>. Diop hasn't said he's retiring, he's just holding out to try to force a trade, which is his right. If he retires he loses a whole year's worth of development.
Diop did sign a contract... with Oshiomogho. That guy brought in overlord. Together they built a team. And then... suddenly... bailed on the team. Imagine how the Sharks would feel, for instance, if Dabearfan and Eielson suddenly retired their players and went into the draft? Or McKee and me?
I imagine being a GM akin to selling a product. When I contact players about playing for this organization, I'm selling an image. Part of it is the uniforms and location, part of it is our history, but a big part of it is the organization, how we play together, and a belief that we're going to get better. Now imagine you're a player and you're buying a car... how can you have faith in that car when its designers just quit and took factory floor jobs at another company?
This particular organization started off on the right foot with positive leadership and has never looked back. Yet, as an expansion team, it still took us two full seasons to start attracting free agents. It's going to take the Panthers longer than that. The team just shattered its brand, and it needs to be rebuilt. You're going to have to build through the draft, and through undrafted free agents, create a bond in your locker room to keep those guys together, and be patient. And if you have a player you're not going to be able to keep, you need to trade him away while you can still get value in return. You're not going to get that locker room bond while you have unhappy players on your squad.

And he needs to trade Diop to get a good team bond and they got to be patient

I've decided to play again, we may get killed and Mott may suck balls, but I realize that I'm co-GM here now which is what I've always wanted and i don't think I can get that anywhere else, and Sady is a good guy that I can get along with also it appears as if he won't even trade me fairly, as I hear the only thing he would accept from the Wolves is Leroy Jenkins and he rejected every other trade offer I've heard so far...

Wow, you are such a female dog. I somehow doubt that helps any Mott. Not trying to defend Diop here...because he certainly said stuff that was asinine too...but one of you two needs to be the bigger man and just not say anything to/about the other guy. That was your chance. You failed. Now it' Diops turn...hopefully he doesn't fail. Maybe, you guys will just learn to shut up about each other...and you might find that you'll be able to field a decent squad.
