Cadillac Baker, RB of the Springfield Wolves has reportly been seeking to get ship out of Springfield. When ask why he wants out, he replied "oh jezz, you dont have all day do ya?". But he said the main reason is because he heard he is being released come season end. He said that he will be willing to play any position for another team.

Dun dun dun..........wow they are gonna release an 8 mil contract........and he will be better than the HB they sign cuz he has already been here to spend money......next year he would be the same as a 14 mil HB and i dont think they can afford to give 14 mil to another HB

Just a lil food for thought.......
Wolves are 4 mil over the cap
Baker got a 4 mil bonus
I think they have to pay the 4 mil bonus plus 50% of his salary that would be 6 mil they pay him to do nothing
2 Mil over
They have Kris Johnson's contract as 3 million when it is really 4
3 Mil over
so by releasing Baker they release what willl be a vetran and only free up about 1 mil in cap room

2) They said they'll be releasing him for next season. The Wolves hold a GM option on Baker for next season, which means he can be released without penalty.

There is no GM option Capt...the contract was re-constructed with Lucas
