One lesson you all could take from the way the warning system works is this: nobody has to be a nice guy all the time. Alex has been a perfect demonstration of how to be offensive without actually getting into trouble. Just when his warning level goes down a bit, he goes out to get it back up. But he makes sure it doesn't hit 100%.

Those two warnings were issued over two weeks ago... so they're gone now. You're free to be offensive a few more times again.
