Until they purchase kickers, the Falcons will play with CPU kickers at straight 20's. You've had more than enough time to correct this.

For playing half the season with a Kicker combo that wasn't paid, the Falcons should have to finish the season with 20 Att Comp Kickers for 500k. Isn't there a large fine for playing an unsigned player?

There is no rule saying they absolutely have to purchase a kicker, so that's not a violation. If anything, the mistake has been ours, for letting them play an 85 kicker. We've been assuming it was a mistake all along, but maybe it wasn't.
On the other hand... paying for linemen is not an option, and I don't see that anywhere in the budget. That is a potential violation.
