Mule he doesnt owe you, hed only owe you if he left to play for another team, he had intent to play for the thunder, but he got his own team cancelling any money he would owe you from a prior contract. Maybe you need to re-read it Trav. |

Mule you asked him if it could be contingent you didnt say what for therefore you didnt clear with him that added stuff at the bottom makeing it null and void

Hold up, Mule I searched through those PM's and not one thing you said to me mentioned a contigent. ONly thing that it said was 2M for +12 catch and to remove my incentives...
I am not paying 2 Million dollars that I don't owe, that is final. I did not agree to anything about a contigent that day when I agreed.

All we have is hearsay. The contract page was updated only after Kris left the team. I don't see sufficient evidence to hold Kris to this agreement.
