Thursday-
Swimming 45-60 Minutes Light Auxilaries
Friday
Towel Bench-
10-230 8-240 6-250 4-260 Up to 10- 270
Overhead Squat-
10-135 8- 145 6- 155 4- 165 Up To 10- 175
Saturday- Heavy Auxilaries 30 Minutes of Cardio
Sunday- Rest day

Not saying you can't, but the biggest guy in our school couldn't do half of what you are saying up there. And the biggest guy at our school is 245 lbs, and 6"7 Center and he couldn't do most you put up there. Let alone me.

6'3 200 Kris, so your saying he benches 110 dead lifts 200 etc....Maybe you guys have a shitty weights program

Well, you know the size of our school so you know we don't afford the most up to date stuff. But, however, I am going to admit it. I am 6"2, 160 lbs and I can right now do 165 Bench.
However, my shoulder has been letting me out, so I have been decreasing big time to 125 for awhile. But, my best technique is to always breath. If you can do that, you can do about 50 lbs more than you thought.
Oh, and our squats kill our damn backs, so I just do a simple 200 lbs squats. But, damn, we need more padding!

Padding? Kris, we have one of the most up to date weight rooms and we dont use those cheat pads in our weightroom.
Reason 1: Kids can spread things from the sweat on the pads
Reason 2: The padding slips off when im maxing out, and that could be both bad news for the squat rack, the bar, the weights and most importantly me and other people.
Padding is used as a training nowadays, or for people that arent into lifting.

wind sprints on weekends weekdays 5 laps of the track on sundays i play basketball if it counts

i have a strict regime of lifting the donut up into my mouth(not all at once) bite move it away chew upto 6 times and swallow..repeat this until the donut is gone my one rule is no licking of the lips this teaches self control if you are going for a light workout i suggest a different program involving chocolate ;D ;D but really i just play loads of sports..especially now im back at school i play about 3hours a day then pass out and that does me fine

My personal philosophy is all things in moderation... including moderation. Sometimes it's nice to just cut loose. But of course a different set of rules applies to me. I'm old, I'm responsible, and I know my body, how it responds to alcohol, and where my limits are.
Truthfully, I've got a case of Sam Adams in the fridge. It's been there for over 2 weeks. And there's still 9 of them in there.

I only lift in the winter and only maybe twice a week after work.. Just to give keep my body going and when its warm im always out playing basketball or tennis so thats my workout for then
