My workout used to be show up on time and do what my coaches told me to do. Now I follow what my PT tells me to do.

Travis, Padding dosen't help you or anything. It is 3 towels wrapped around the bar for when you start squating so it don't break you back. haha
But, seriously, you are talking about gatorade today, and me and Eielson about 2 months ago were telling you how stupid it was that you were drunk.
I don't get it sometimes.

12 oz curls? be a real man with 40s strapped to each hand When you're really serious, why waste time with beer? Single-malt scotch will put some hair on your chest.

And I completely made up everything on my sim league Ive never even had alcohol other than at church, Im surprisingly agood kid when it comes to that kind of things

But after time, you get it where you can comftorably sit it on your shoulders. However, again we don't have the best wieght room. haha

However, again we don't have the best wieght room. haha It comes with expierience, the more you lift the better you are at finding the sweet spot...Squatting hurts, but it increases your vertical, makes you faster and of course YOU GET BUFF

Yeah, my vertical is perfect. Well, I guess it could use some tuning since I do have a long reach so that kinda is why I can throw it down. But, there is some serious players at a huge school near by that were throwing it down in 7th/ 8th grade. Ok, I lied. I know only one. haha
But, my favorite would be straight out bench, with some military press, and some preacher curls.
My all time most hated is shoulder raises. Especially after spraining your forearm from grabbing to much rim.

Kris, try curling 50's 10by5 with 2 broken fingers What is your vertical? Mines a massive 29" even its not great but Im not a little kid, all I gotta be able to do is dunk.

Have never took the time to measure my vertical. But, I am one of those guys that have no fat on your arms or anywhere and is truely under-rated by the look and size. But, I would say I have a reasonably high for my size. Don't know.
Should I try so we could compare sometime. haha.
But, I have never broken a bone in my body, but have had multiple rolls on my right ankle that always comes back to haunt me. Have not gotten it checked because I am in fear that he won't let me play again, basketball that is.

Hopefully after a bit more of this homoerotic bonding the two of you will be ready to move on from the recent unpleasantness.

Water, Milk, Juice, and when the weekend comes around, I get into drinking different colas. No Alcohol (but my family has a bad stupid history...so I'd rather just avoid it.) As for working out, I never lift more than 225lbs on the bench or Squats (my knees and wrists are horribly weak, so I can't do much more without hurting them.) But I do lots of reps. It's more about toning up for me. At 6'1 and 240-250 range, I don't need to get bigger (and am working on dropping to about 225 if I can help it.) If I didn't have such blastedly horrible knees, I could easily get down to that ...but alas
