Travis, Padding dosen't help you or anything. It is 3 towels wrapped around the bar for when you start squating so it don't break you back. Do you think squatting consists of somebody throwing the bar on you? I don't see how you break your back, I know you can strain it, but break it?

Not saying you can't, but the biggest guy in our school couldn't do half of what you are saying up there. And the biggest guy at our school is 245 lbs, and 6"7 Center and he couldn't do most you put up there. Let alone me. Wow, we have 130 pounders stronger than your biggest guy.
