To be honest, I haven't set the looks for one single player. The only thing I set is name, position, age, height, weight, right/left handed, jersey #, and attributes.

I set looks. It makes it easier to identify players, and it doesn't take much longer. Seeing that long blonde mane of Manery's means I don't have to squint at my receivers to see if that's an 86 or an 88.

I normally use instant replay to find out who did what.

On the Xbox I didn't care about making the looks, but now that I am getting the PC version, and I will sim on that I will also take screenshots from the game, and I want every player to look the way they want to in the screenshot
