Due to certain people going inactive/other reasons, there will be some replacements at general manager.

So, I'd like to congratulate Wilber Davis on becoming the new GM of the Surge, Torry Holt on becoming the new GM of the Wolves, and Xavier Young on becoming the new GM of the Cougars. These changes will take place immediately.

I mean I think I should be GM over Torry since I've been in this league longer and am more active but I'm not complaining. So nobody should really whine.
