1st Down, 3:48 left: Falcons running out of time, Reay misses a wide Salaam and boos start to reign from the crowd
2nd and 10: Cougars crowd the line, Colin Kelley gets there first and gets a sack
3rd and 19: Short drop back, the lineman just has to reach out and brings down Nat Reay
4th and 22: Wise muffs it, but he has time to pounce on it again

1st from the 39: Wise up the middle, Landrum dives for his knees and stops him
2nd and 2: Wise up the middle again, Tye Williams comes across and levels him after the first
1st from the 50: FB handoff, Moss runs into the tackle and loses one trying to bounce outside
2nd and 11: Wise cuts back and gains five or so
2 Minute Warning
3rd and 4: Wise breaks out a 12 yard run, running clock
1st and 10: put a fork in the Falcons, Wise hurdles and gains 8
2nd and 2: clock still running, Wise turns the corner on the left and gets the TD
More boos and a close up of fans leaving the stadium

3rd and 3: Reay goes over the top to Fitzgerald, he's finally caught at the 14 by Brazell
1st Down: Hurry up, then the Falcons decide to call Time Out with 30 seconds left
1st and 10: Thrown to Brazell's hands, but dropped
2nd and 10: Overthrown, Mashore was inches away on his jump
3rd and 10: Reay just holds the ball and is sacked
4th and 16: To the left, Clayton drops the pass and it's turned over on downs

We were in this game to the end, and we were playing great. We just seemed to lapse at the end, and like any good team should, the Cougars took advantage. And it's the effort I'm proud of, Deuce. As long as you play your best, there's no reason you shouldn't be proud. |
