I say 100% yes, but i am a Rams fan so i am biased
quote from Jon Robinson, IGN Sports Reporter, when he was asked the same question:
"Fastest to 10,000 yards, a Super Bowl ring, and some of the most memorable catches of his generation, Holt is heading to Canton. The one-handed bobble catch was straight out of street football, the kind you make before you run into a Nissan. Heartbreaking loss for St. Louis. Even with the L, though, they've finally arrived back on the national scene."

I'm not sure he's a Hall of Famer right now.
I'm pretty sure he will be by the time he retires though.
The problem is, in his first 4 years, he wasn't a TD scorer. He had tons of yards. In fact, he's never had less than 1300 yards, except in his rookie year. But he just didn't score much. In the last few years, he's become a TD machine, so it might not be a big deal.
Bottom line: I think if he retired today he'd be borderline. In a couple years though, he'll erase all doubts.

Holt is a Hall of Famer for sure.
Rams still have a few things to work on, like DEFENSE. How could they let that lead slip away? The Seahawks won even without Alexander.

Rams Defense has been a problem since Lovie Smith left as Def Cord. Alexander is over-rated so he wont do shit. And if he does, all thats gonna change would be theyd be going back and forth scoring, but St Louis would score more threw air than ground and vis-versa for seattle

The question was.....Is he a Hall of Fame player? I think he's going to need 15,000+ yards and over 100 TDs to get in. Does that answer your question?

I should have said....to have a shot at it. Just think about it. The NFL is pretty rich in WR's. How many will retire the year Holt does? All those guys will be up against him, PLUS guys in the past (Like Monk and Irvin if they havent got in).
So he'll need to put up some good stats for the next 5 years or so to even have a shot.

I think he's going to need 15,000+ yards and over 100 TDs to get in. Does that answer your question? Those numbers are way too high. There have only been 6 guys ever to get 100 receiving TDs, and only 1 guy has more than 15,000 receiving yards. (one guess who it is) There are no magic numbers, but I think 12,500 and 85 would be enough, but that's just a guess.

There will be too many other guys who are around that number for him to get in with those medicore numbers. The last WR that got in was James Lofton in 03 and he stopped playing football in 1993. The WR position is so watered down in the NFL, that for you to get in, you'll need good numbers with multiple SBs OR numbers that blow the roof off everyone else. 12500 and 85 wont be good enough in this pass happy NFL era.

I do give him credit, but I'm not willing to put him in the HOF yet when you have to consider he'll likely be up against guys like Terrell Owens, Randy Moss, Marvin Harrison, Jimmy Smith, Ect. He'll need to do A LOT more to get himself in. He's on a great pace to do so though.

I honestly think that the defense for the Rams has been better than the offense. I know that at times the defense hasn't played very well but there has been more times when the offense hasn't stepped up.

The Rams Defense is #1 for Turnovers
