3 years, 2M/year, GM Option for S4 & S5, and Summers is paying your contract
Clause: If he is banned, suspended, or anything else deemed inappropriate by Ty or I it will force him to forfeit his salary for the next year.

Incentives:
DPOY: 1M
Citizenship award: 1M
The good citizen award will be determined based on your behavior during each season at GM discretion. It will automatically be voided if you receive a warning or ban from the admins. Actions which may also cause it to be voided include antagonizing the GM, holdout or asking for trade, or otherwise causing a distraction in the locker room.
