I looked at Ryan Lipton his stats are above 90 in Awareness/THP/THA how the frick did that happen
QBs get like 100 points to add at start
Awareness 60 THP 50 THA 50 Speed 20 Agility 20
After adding all his stats he should be at around that he got a training camp for 1 mil adding Awareness 62 THP 52 THA 52 Speed 22 Agility 20
Then he does this 10 times WTF thats 10 million dollars how. Even if he did do this that only puts him to 70s in THP/THA 80 awareness range which emans hed have needed another 10 million in updating to get to where hes at I dont think this is possible.
10 times Steve Young(QB): Price: $1,000,000 Att’s: +2 Throw Power, +2 Throw Accuracy, +2 Awareness, +2 speed Total: +20 throw power, +20 throw accuracy, +20 awareness, +20 speed
I also seen a thread talking about giving points for posts dont know if thats being used but its very unorganized if it is. I had the best proformance last season and I only have a 50 overall. I am behind rookie QBs in attributes so my player either got skipped for something totally or there was some serious misuse of updating.

I'll be over 90 in all three categories next season. I've also collected in my first year almost as much as the entire value of your three-year contract. Your GM probably would have followed the leader here (and by leader I mean the Dawgs, we were the first ones to structure contracts like this) if he and his assistants hadn't all pulled a disappearing act. With 15M remaining under the cap, you guys could easily afford it.

I also seen a thread talking about giving points for posts No, we aren't using that. I don't know but I know that Manning has gotten up to 80 overall without any errors in updating and 8 million for both years combined.

Not to cause any trouble but I believe you wanted us to keep letting everybody having 5 days of TC and you said GMs should be able to spend their money however they want when I said we should make a limit to how much you can get paid.

We already have a limit... the salary cap. If Lipton and Steeves can collect enormous contracts, it's because it's coming at the expense of the development of other players on their roster. They've chosen to go uneven with their resources, and that's nobody's business but their own. My team has distributed its resources much more evenly, because that's the way we felt we needed to go. Which philosophy works better will be proven on the field over the course of the next few seasons.

If this league was just GMs that would be fine but this isn't gonna be very much fun for the players having others get 10M. And then if they get their money and don't really care for much more because they are already pretty much maxed out they could have teams with a couple WRs, a QB, a RB, and an LB rated way above everybody else an then a lot of people would start to lose interest.

If the players who are getting low pay are getting frustrated, they might ask for trades to teams that pay more fairly. Plus, I think their strategy keeps them from building a more complete team.
I don't really expect them to do that kind of thing much more often, anyway. Watchthis simply recognized a flaw in his team and dumped a bunch of money into it to create a quick fix, and he got his desired result. I don't see this as a trend that will continue..

Actually, short term, I think this system hurt a little bit due to player development. But, in a couple of seasons when they have to sign more players...they can "dump" more money into their WR's or HB's. It's not an overly bad strategy. Especially if the QB's are faithful and decide to stay put. Then you go from Great QB with weak supporting cast to Great QB and suddenly a very very strong supporting cast. If I was a GM and could convince my players to stick around for a couple of seasons...well, it might prove to be the key to keeping their team on top of the league (which helps with Free Agency and whatnot.) If I was giving a large sum of money over a short time...I'd probably take a second contract at a reduced rate just to help my team.
Then again, team loyalty has rarely been the case when it comes to making $$.

Well yeah, since it is only this year that hes paying us 10 mil its not that bad, i guess its because he wanted instant sucess for this year for us, its just his way of doing things its not cheap or anything. If ur GM wants to do that he can but our gm wants to do it this way cuz he beilieved we can have much more success by doing it this way, which so far he has
