what we gonna do with the player overalls, expeccially the QB's. give them another year and they will all be 99's (at least the going to be 3rd year players). i think we should take off 5 or 10 points from accuaracy, awarness, and power from EVERY qb. similair stuff could be done to other positions too

Then whats the point of being in this league? You would get worse every year, until everyone eventually was worse then how they entered the league.

Kris Johnson's got this thing in his basketball league called anti-progression. If we figure out a way to do it like progression points you would lose points for bad performances and gain points for good ones.
