I've tried twice, three times if you count Travis's thing. My member counts have been something like 5, 3, and 10.
Not to mention it's impossible. Most players that you can create/edit is 20. They might be changing this for FIFA 07, but I'm not sure. I'm getting it when it comes out, October 2nd in North America.

I might be buying FIFA 07 if I can afford it. Also since I live in Norway the game gets released here on September 21st, I believe.

i have pro evo 6 (awesome game, so much better than fifa, IMO). i cr8ed a league that got like 20 members or so then died. if ppl were interested i could cr8 a new 1
