I know this isn't exactly out of bounds, but since we don't have an off topic thread here
Since someone took over college program on this league becasue i was buys at the moment, I am trying it my way. I remember seeing a NCAA 2 NFL sim once before and liked the idea, but unfortunetly it died. So yesterday as I awaited the new year, I planned the league out.
The Mountain West Conference will be replaced with the Nation Nine Conference. The new conference will have nine created colleges. You can submit a school in the Submission area and maybe you'll be the AD of a school in the Nation Nine. Each member who joins makes a freshman player. The nine schools of the conference will try to recruit the freshman.
Each team in the conference will play eight conference games, each team in the conference once, and must choose up to four non-conference games. You can play it safe a play a crappy team or battle the odds and attempt to climb in the Top 25 Poll. After the season is over, the teams with the two best records will play for th Nation Nine Championship. Its not over there........each team still has the chance of playing in a bowl game. It probaby wont be the Rose Bowl or the Sugar Bowl, but you never know.
After the BCS Championship is done, and off-season starts the ADs will have to work on the off-season. Training, Cutting, and such. Once all that stuff is out of the way, its time to start the Sophmore year. And the sim follows the sam it did the first year. As the NCAA year is rolling, the NFL will be too. So there is a section to see whats happening in the NFL.
