I had an idea. Since I keep all the rosters on my PC, I have started entering in a bunch of the rookies. I think I am going to do a Senior Bowl type thing before the draft. Now it probably won't prove anything, but it may do something. If not, it could be fun. I am going to have a north and a south team. i will probably do a comlete switch of the depth chart at half or quarter so everybody gets equal playing time. I could post drive by drive summaries just like the people who run the games here This game will be on thursday afternoon sometime, propbably starting between 3-3:30 quarters will be 6 min each

I'm fine with it as long as it is done well before the draft. How about doing it tomorrow?

i might be able to do it tomarrow If somebody wants to see someone play a position other then what they are post it so I get them playing time there
also, i dont know what i'd do about positions like FB and FS where there is only 1, thats why id need players playing more then 1 position

how should we divide the teams because all the schools are pretty much close to each other and if we did it by over all then one team would be better then an other

I have all rookies entered in correctly I am going to use all back-ups that are 20 overall at everything I would imagine that goes for starting FB, O-line, and D-Line game will begin at 3:20 PM, All rookies created after then will not be in the game Each team is made up of the rookies from the rookie board only. I have spread out the teams to make it more even. Both teams wil run a 3-4 defense. I would like to put the live game stats right into the season games thread. I will do a detailed drive by drive summary and at the end of each, including all names and notes. I will put complete game stats into the game stats thread at the end of the game. To let everybody know, I am not bias to any rookies. I have entered in everybodys exact attributes, and I will simulate the game just like it is done by everyone else here.

i wasnt going to do top O vs Top D I was gonna spread it out so that both teams are equally talented, If I did top O vs top D that'd leave 2nd O vs 2nd D for the other team I can do it however, as long as it is figured out by 3:20 Post here and I'll read it later
I still would like to know if any players want to be put in a different position to try it out, or any GMs that maybe would like to see

Sounds pretty cool.
Since we're all rooks and we could use a little help to catch up to the big boys, how about putting some modest point rewards into the game? Say, +2 for offensive/defensive player of the game?

or maybe let the rookies use the game play points for this game, but we can't carry over the stats, whatever we do in the game is what we earn.

hey i think that if the teams are balanced for the game it will be better so that we will see who the better players are going into a a more relistic game
i also belive that theyre should be small rewards for good performance

as far as I know, this game has no real value towards attribute points. It is just a fun game that may help teams scout a little.

My player is Jordan Allan, he's a Strong Safety, but he could also play free safety since there is only one.

Gino DeBomb's attributes have been modified, so if you could update him before the Senior Bowl, I'd appreciate it.
