I noticed that my secondary is the most consistent in the league. We have not faced Gino, Manning, or Lipton yet. But, so far, this is what we have done.
We have forced 3 picks and have allowed a total of 3 touchdowns.
We have allowed a combined 193 yards in two games through the air.
When facing us, their Passer Ratings were 47.5 and 65.5.
The other games that they combined for was a total of 793 yards. Meaning that we gave up 600 yards less when they played us.
When playing the other opponent, they combined for a ratio of 10 TD's and 1 INT against the opposition.
That is compared to our 3 INTS for ever 3 TD's. That is all we have allowed too.
The Oppositions allowed thier Rating to be 145.5 and 95.1.
That is compared to our 65.5 and 45.5.
Me and Jenkins have not let a single reciever eslipse 70 yards.
Like I said though, we have not took on Gino, Lipton, or Manning. But, however, our Qb who is the least rated QB is getting around 90 average in rating, and is second in the East for TD's and completions.

Yeah, exactly. Our Run Defense has to get better. I have to get Mizzou Fan on to do his purchases, yet he don't know how. I keep telling him how. He tells me what he wants, but I can't do it for him.

Lil Man, I said my secondary.
Diop, I know. That is why I said we still have to wait to face the Surge, Sharks, and Thunder.

Ok, get this. The Dawgs are the ones who allowed 793 yards compared to 193 yards against the same opponents. That shows we have a better secondary, they have a better linebacker crew then.

Post something relevant that we might care about at the end of the season. You already said that you haven't played the 3 best QBs in the league yet therefore these stats and thread don't matter.

Yet, it does. Dawgs Secondary faced the same teams we have and allowed all that less!

Difference between the Wolves and the Dawgs is that the Dawgs are 2-0 and the Wolves are 0-2.

The Dawgs are facing tons more pressure through the air than the Wolves are. We're piling up points and forcing opponents to go to the air to keep up. The Wolves are applying no such pressure.
In that Cougars game we jumped out to a 14-0 lead on the first four possessions. The Cougars went 3-and-out twice, and we went to the house. That took Wise out of the game, which was unfortunate for us, because we were bottling him up nicely.
And I hate to tell you this, but the secondary is involved in run defense, too. If your strong safety is whiffing, you get burned on long runs (which you do, often). If your free safety isn't getting involved in every part of the defense, then he isn't very good. And your corners should be coming in to make tackles in the backfield on runs to the outside. Your corners have damned few tackles, and none for a loss.
