#1 overall pick Reggie Williams and the Los Angeles Explosion have come to the following agreement:
4 years, 17 million
1 year- 4.5
2 year- 4.5
3 year- 3.5
4 year- 5.0
Incentives:
500k for MVP
500k for Lead League in Receptions
500k for Lead WR in TD

I am very happy with this agreement, I hope that Reggie will only live up to the hype, which I am sure he will! We are very happy with this pick.
