I have just noticed that the Falcons have violated my contract, by not paying me my incentives for last year!! I believe I am owed 300K for my tackles and 50K for my sacks….Meaning they have failed to pay be 350K, such violating my contract with the team.

Actually they didn't violate your contract really. You just have to go spend you money.

So what. They will have to take it out but he still can't just leave. This didn't hold him back from using that money.

Watchthis is right......they never took it out of there budget, they were hoping i would just forget all about it so they wouldnt have to pay me

I know he can't just leave, but they still should of and need to put it on the budget and subtract the money for that.

Watchthis is right......they never took it out of there budget, they were hoping i would just forget all about it so they wouldnt have to pay me if you would've brought it to their attention they would've subtracted it. These incentives are a pain to keep track of. |
