I would like to know the exact order of stuff, here is what i think should happen, I may be leaving something out though
Starting with the Pro Bowl
Announcement of new GMs
Resign players period
Protect players period
Expansion Draft
Season 3 Draft
Free Agent Signings begin
Season begins

Am i missing something? or is this not going to be the other?

But players cant go into the ED if their contracts are up?
