Both the Cougars and the Wolves want my assistants as Co-GM..I would Happily go to either, but I can only choose 1!! So who ever gives me the best offer wins

Because we have restrictions on co-gm's, just like regular GM's.

Year 3- 3M
Year 4- 4M (GM Option)
Year 5- 4M (GM Option)
Incentives-
250K for leading the league in tackles, deflections, or sacks
500K for good behavior (determined by the Shark GMs)
1M for DPOY
