The league doesn't need to be changed man, just leave it, when someone organizes the minor league teams it'll fly by, just settle down man

if u want to be a position thats needed play corner or somethin like that i was a linebacker but got moved to corner cuz it was a need.
also its goin to suck to have kickers because theres really only 2 atts that affect them and u can be completely upgraded in a year or two

if u want to stay on offensive side of the ball try WR i think theres alot of unactive WRs there might be a need there

yea but kickers have 2 atts that won't take long to fill and ull be a 99 in no time

ok so what if a kicker has 99 ovr
he does nothing but kick.....i can see the concern if i was any other pos but not kicker
or set a lower number of points i can add

we used to have Linemen and kickers and punters but nobody wanted to be them so we got rid of them.

Why not let people be kickers? The whole sim league in terms of GM decision making becomes more interesting with more possibilities. Let there be a kicker. Sure, he'll be 99 OVR very quickly. Who cares? What will be interesting though is watching the GMs try to decide the value of this. How much will they bid for this kicker? If they all undervalue, someone may get a great bargain. If they overbid, they'll handcuff themselves by being able to spend less money on other positions.
This just makes things more interesting. However, if the GMs are all cowardly, and don't want to allow the possibility of making difficult decisions for fear of screwing up, then by all means disallow kickers and continue building homogenous cookie-cutter teams.
People should be linemen too if they want.

but when people sign up they wanna be linemen but then we have to tell them that they have to change to other spots and that might be another reason for being inactive cause everyones a LB DB WR and so on if you make Lineman I belive might make thing more fun and as for kickers and punters they need to work on power accuracy and awareness
