Now that you are GM...what are you going to do to improve that offense? At 265 ypg, you are the worst offense in the league. If it wasn't for the #1D, #1scoring D and the turnover differential of +7 (10take, 3 give) you wouldn't be in half of these games. I know that Defense wins championships, but you are asking a lot of your stellar defensive players.

Well as The Mule noticed, I am the CO GM(sorry for the confusion) but I plan to help Mule with some decision makings that Fernando wasen't here for, and plan to make our players happy.
Also, on the #1 Scoring Defense, as a player, I hope I can score more. Got 14 points myself already this season, more than some recievers in the league.

What can you do with your offense to help your defense out? Right now, you're a fairly one dimensional team (2 counting Special teams.) To be great, you need to be at least pretty good in all three facets.

We don't think any team is nessesarily great at all three aspects, but our teams offense is capable of doing great things, but our defense is the horse, and the offense is the rider on the back of the horse. We feel our defense is great and should be for the rest of the season. If you remember back before Season one started, everyone said were the worse. At the defensive end, we are now known to be unstoppable.

Well, I wasn't here for Season 1, so I wasn't aware of that.
What is the atmosphere like in the locker room? I mean, the defensive players know that they are carrying the load...does this lead to any locker room division?
