Here's the smart way to do this:

1) Trade Mosca for Fernando.
2) Bank the 3M difference in salary.
3) Continue earning performance points as a WR, but apply them in areas which will also be useful as a RB
4) Let Mosca walk at the end of this season.
5) Give yourself 3M bonus for season 4.
6) Change positions to HB.
