This season ended in bitter disappointment for this team, coming up just short of a playoff position for the second straight season. But with our improvement to 7-5 this season and the emergence of several key players, we feel we have a lot to build on for the future. We have already begun researching offseason options. We're reviewing the roster to identify areas of need, projecting our budget, and scouting the league for talent, in free agency and the draft. Though some confidentiality regarding these plans must be maintained, I will entertain questions for the organization at this time.

What motivates your team to do better now that your not in the playoffs? The answer is in your question. We see ourselves as a championship-caliber team, and missing out on the playoffs is a HUGE motivator to get better. Besides, this is a very competitive league, especially in the East division. Over here, if you're not getting better, you're getting worse.

are are your surprizes and busts this season?

Our biggest bust would have to be Vince Mosca. He's a guy who has a lot of talent, but for whatever reason has declined to use it. Having a guy of Garcia's caliber fall into our lap to take over for him was just an unbelievable stroke of luck.
Our biggest surprise would have to be Troy Woodson. He did a fabulous job as a rookie corner, and deserves a Pro Bowl bid (vote now!). That second corner spot was probably our biggest upgrade between last season and this one.

Whichever one beats your first throw. I can see in your eyes what you're going to throw before you throw it.
Being one step ahead of the competition is how you win... and is why we're here in this press conference now.

I'm not the one to answer that, but it'd probably be a good idea to give the playoff teams some time to update their rosters.

We were pretty vulnerable against the run this season. The linebacking corps has been a work in progress pretty much since the organization got started. Victor Cross has stepped up to be a real leader in that group, and Terrance Hernandez is coming along nicely. We expect to lose Kyle Northstar to inactivity, and we're still not quite sure what Trav Man's plans are. If Trav commits to playing for us and working on his player, he could have a very high ceiling. We were looking forward to bidding on Stetson's services before he re-signed with the Thunder, but we'll continue to look into upgrading that group.

How do you feel about the whole team and even Me, Victor Cross #1 MLB? As far as the whole team... as I said before, I think we're championship caliber. We played the Surge close, split a tight series with the Sharks, and until recently we always played the Thunder very well. And it's fun to win with you guys, because I like everyone on this team... even Trav. As for you personally... you've been everything I thought you'd be when I first bid on you in free agency after the season 2 draft. You've used your time on this site in a positive manner to build your player for success, plus you've been a good teammate. One of the things that separates us from the top three teams is linebacking, and building a great linebacking corps is a top priority. You're the centerpiece around which that corps will be built.

What are the chances that you will trade for Ben Mott?(not that I want to be traded or anything)
