Ray Lewis - "Wow. I am so proud to win this award. The defensplayers I had around me this season was unbelievable. I had McCommas next to me helping me all the time. Dangerfield was also great and I am surprised I beat him for this award. I thank all of the defense players and coaches in Ohio and I dedicate this to you guys. This was a really great year for me, with Ohio winning the trophy and this award just tops it off. I mean, where do I go from here. I'm hoping I can emulate McCommas great season with Ohio in Colarado."

not all the time, i have had times on Madden where the MVP is a HB, but the OPOTY is a quarterback.
