I am going to start a sim league like this but in college football. The WAC Division will be replaced with 10 Div-AA or 10 created colleges. Haven't decided yet. But, four of the 10 will be controlled. I will GM/Coach a team, and pick three others for the others. And the four teams will have created players made by the members. Its will be a less threatening Division but still its college football. They can, if good enough, make it to the NFL or whatever else ill be calling it later. (NCAA saved class to Madden). If you don't make the NFL then you make a new player.

Just forget about trying to make a new league and just concentrate on doing the summer games.
