How do you get money or whatever we use for training?

You have to sign a contract with a team, and then you can spend your contract money. If you look through the contracts board, you can see the kind of contracts other people have signed. Oh, and you have to wait 12 hours after you created your player to officially accept a contract.

The first thing you should probably do is assign your 150 CB points to the attributes at the top of this thread. You can check on this page to see what is important for CB's (the categories with the lowest number are the most important, so speed and awareness for CB's):
