ive posted it on several places i see everyone elses overall went up but mine is still 48 with no upgraded stats

+2 to a bunch of stats and +2 speed not agility

You put it in the wrong place then, because before the game I went through player purchases and updated everybody on the Thunder, and you had nothing there. I'll do it now though.
