hey i just created a player rajon rondo and well i know hes way below standards compared to every other player in the majors. what can i do to make him beeter?

if i still know what is going on around here you have to be picked up by a team and you can get money to spend to get better there are other ways but let someone higher up than me tell you stuff like that
