Have you heard that Richard Smeltzer is a better rated player than McMickle? What do you think of Smeltzer's chance of being #1 now?

I really don't think he will go to high he doesn't have much interest in the 3-4 and once the sharks get a chance to chat with him i think interest in him will drop fast. |

It all depends on his attitude where he goes. If he accepts his role in the 3-4, he's the #1, no questions about it. If he pulls a Trav and complains, his stock will sink faster than a ship made of lead... with several holes in it.

Kris, what do you think the chances of a rookie getting defensive player of the year? is that possible? if that happens would he still get defensive rookie of the year, or would he be excempt from that since he got the league defensive player of the year?

But, I still think McMickle has a better shot at improving in Training..
McMickle can get the right atts to even pass the guy.
