1) Player may be fined, at the team's discretion, a maximum of one game check for each game missed due to holdout. Annual salary/number of games in regular season = 1 game check.
2) If player does not have the money to pay the fine, he will pay it from his own earnings in the following season, if any.
3) Team is under no obligation to release the player until the end of the contract.
4) For unsigned draft choices, players will not receive a salary that season, and will be re-entered into the draft pool following season.
