Actually, I'd been thinking about this for a while, and here's what I came up with.
1) Minor league games are simmed every FSL week for 12 weeks, just like the majors. They are NOT, however, live sims. Play-by-play will not be posted. Game stats will.
2) Minor league players will not receive weekly points updates within the season. This is to prevent players who are earning points in both leagues from taking over. However, players on major-league rosters who receive performance points in the minors may have their big-league player updated.
3) One team each for the East and West, though the minor-league commissioner may shift players across teams for balance if one side needs to fill an opening.
4) Depth charts will be rotated on a game-to-game basis to ensure all players receive equal playing time.
5) At the end of 12 weeks, the team with the most victories will be crowned minor-league champ. If the records are equal, a one-game playoff will be held, which will not count towards official stats or performance points.
6) I will volunteer to be the minor-league commish, though I will probably need a volunteer to help me build the initial rosters and load them on the Box.

I was planning on running the minors, but we could work on it together.

I'm not sure about there being no play-by-play. This defeats the purposes of keeping new players interested and evaluating new simmers.

I was planning on running the minors, but we could work on it together. I'm cool with that. I was mostly volunteering because I was afraid it would be forgotten again. I'll be happy to help.

if i can get a memory card for my xbox, i will be more then willing to help out both the minor leagues and the major leagues in this league. however, it may make a few ppl upset but im not goin to abandon my simming in kris's league. but again if i get a memory card i will help out simming in this league, until the end of this month when the baby comes which will prolly end my simming altogether

So I can now have a player in both leagues? If so, do they have to play the same position?

ok...so if my big league guy was listed at like 4th or 5th on the WR charts, he could go down to the minors to get some playing time and improve his game?
