It will cost you half of this years contract to drop him... Sinec he was a lineman before and that is why he was making so much, you can cut his contract down to 2 M and keep him if you want.

But I never wanted Corey to have a 4 Mil salary. I had to take him in expansion draft. If it was me who offered him that contract, then i would pay half.

did you make him a CB and drop him? I personally think that if it was you that made him a CB he should be able to pick another position.
