This first round of baseball has been fun, but unknown to many of the fans and players, the MLB Commish and GMs have been doing more than enjoying the game. They have been scouting the football players of the FSL.
Announced earlier this afternoon, the Commish says that a few contract may be offered by some GMs close to the FSL teams. SO if a player does receive a contract, it will be from a team nearby his FSL team. He will only play home games, unless he has a bye week then he can play in the Away game. The only rule from the FSL Commish was for them not to miss any of their games by any means. Hence the no away games.
So if your a FSL player in the Summer Games, play your heart out and maybe you'll receive a contract to play for a team in the 2006-2007 Season.
