UPDATE:
Removed Van Wyhje, Dangerfield contracts (due to retiring)
Added Clayton contract
So we got 6M back from the retiring and 5M goes to Clayton, in total we saved 1M dollars, so yeah

according to capt teams got an extra 1.5 M from season 3 so we should have a limit of 64.35M or something close to that.
