wait. i am wondering, that because my player is only a 36ovr or whatever he is, can i make myself WR3 and put myself on the minor squad even thought i have a season in the major leagues under my belt??? i am just wondering i wasnt really planning on doing it

You could, but:
1) You have to make the league minimum
2) Your highest roster position would have to be WR3. In other words, you couldn't be starting TE.

Can we maybe let our minor leagues start for maybe a maximum two games a season to see if he's got good stuff?
