So I just learned of this league and I'm intrigued. However, it seems like a weird time for me to join - after the minor league season and before the draft. So if I created a player now, where would he go? Would it be better to wait a bit and play a season in the minors?
Advice is what I'm seeking. Thanks. ;D

If you want you can still make a player and be eligible for the draft.

1) Heard about it from my friend Dan - who I think was a WR named Sullivan here... I'll hafta check so he gets his points
2) I'm thinking of spending a year in the minors to increase my attys and be a higher pick - what positions are thin in the league?

The Minor league does not give you better attributes, it's only there to give new players something to do until they get signed by a team. As for positions needed someone else will have to answer that.

Don't listen to Banks. The minors do pay performance points.
However, if you're drafted by a big-league team, you get money to improve your player and the use of their training facilities... and then get to go on the field and earn performance points. So joining the minors is not necessarily a fast-track for your player.

I'm pretty sure we'll need some LBs

What do you mean? Aren't there stats for the minor league games? Mott hasn't posted the stats from his games, and I have simmed my games with the computer players' attributes all wrong
