this is dumb, I cant believe there are no Falcons on there, this is biased Name one Falcons player who should be in the top 10. Geno may not agree with my roster, but instead of just insulting it, he adds intelligent remarks to his arguments. Therefore, when I get something from him, I know to read it...because he may very well provide some piece of information that I have overlooked. The only Falcons players I have stats on so far are the offensive guys (and what is posted by others.) The only offensive guy that might be mentioned is Fitzgerald. I see 8 guys with more catches. 7 with more yards. 3 with more TD's. 4 with more YAC. 12 with less drops. (7 drops for a WR will get you overlooked pretty easily on my Top 10!) I also see 6 with a greater Yards Per Catch. He's your best offensive weapon. And he just isn't worthy of being Top 10. Your best LB (Silas) has 14 Tackles, 2 TFL, 2 sacks and a single PD. And (my opinion) your best DB is FS Landrum. 34 Tackles, 1 FR, 1 INT, and 10 PD. He's good...but is he worthy of Top 10? Not so sure of that. At best, he's the second best Safety in the league...and third best DB. Again, not really worthy of Top 10. Now, if Defenses start doing more in this league (not likely) you'll see more defensive players on the list. It's a 7-3 parity. With the Surge being such a great offensive team, it shouldn't be a surprise to see 3 players there. Plus, name a better CB than the Surges J. Smith. Now, we're down to 6 positions left in the top 10 for 5 teams. If I had a top 11, Gino would be # 11 right now. If he had won one more game than what he had...he may be up there. As for the Sharks players, It's hard to argue with Smokes and D. Manning. So, that leaves us with 4 positions for 4 teams. I think the only people in question on this list are #9 and #10. And that's why it's MY Top 10. If you can do better, what's keeping you? I don't look at teams when I put people on this list. I don't care that Sooner, or Manning is on my team. If they don't perform, they don't make the list. You will never see Brunxa on this list (unless the Sharks go to a FB heavy playbook...which would be stupid.) Why won't I be there...because I don't do enough to warrant it. I'm not even close to being the 3rd best FB in the league right now. Next year, I might be able to...but I don't see it happening right now.

He's made the case for being the Falcons best player so far. But top ten? Not quite. The funny thing is that the Falcons point to Deuce as their best player, and he started the season as their slot WR. That's a pretty good indicator of how wrong things have gone in LA. Another is that Landrum, whom I've just put forward as their best player, was traded to the Falcons for Baker in a move considered to be a slight downgrade for them.

Well, now that Baker and Lee/Jackson are no longer teammates, I guess it's okay for them to hate each other again.

I heard someone mention Mosca as a potential candidate for Top Dawg. I think that Gino would have that distinction! Due to Mosca's Fumbles (5) I think I'd take A. Miller over him (assuming I couldn't take Gino for some reason). 32 Catches, 652yards, 7 TDs and 9 drops. I know, 9 drops is a large number...but a drop isn't a Turnover...Fumbles can be.

Tye Williams should be top 10 material as he has been a true shut down corner in this league. He may not have the stats but his player he is covering won't have stats either.

I'm absolutely flattered by you and Jordan saying I should be in the top ten. Although I like being underestimated and under the radar, hearing praise is always nice. And here is my last man's stats from last week... B Sooner: 2 rec, 34 yards, 6 YAC, 1 drop

#3 J. Wise, RB, Cougars His week 7 explosion, 16 attempts for 160 yards (10ypc) and 2 TDs have vaulted him to the top of this list. Not only did he carry the ball well, his one catch went for 39 yards and a TD (for 18 points on the night) He is #1 for all active RB's in least # of fumbles (2, tied with clayton) and leads the league in Touchdowns, Yards per carry (7.8!!!) Receiving yards (86)and Receiving TD's (1). He also leads his conference in yards (919, only 5 yards behind league leader Garcia of the Thunder) now the lead all comes down to these games this week.
